THE QUINTESSENCE OF MERLOT

L'Archange* is a 100% Merlot wine from a plot located on clay molasses covered with ancient sands in the vicinity of several Grands Crus Classés of the Saint-Emilion appellation.

Harvested at optimal ripeness, vinified simply but with the most modern techniques and then aged in barrels for 12 to 18 months depending on the vintage, L'Archange is by nature a round, dense, supple and fruity wine, with a unique style, offering exceptional aging potential.

A vintage produced only if the quality of the year meets our expectations.

Winemaking and aging

Agro-synergistic approach.

Traditional Bordeaux vinification followed by barrel aging for 12 to 18 months. A proportion of new barrels not exceeding 50% in order to obtain a wine of great finesse and allowing the Merlot to fully express itself.
