Chateau La Croix Chaigneau
A VINTAGE TO OPEN WITHOUT COMPLEX
Château La Croix Chaigneau* is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the Haut-Chaigneau terroir. The careful selection of grapes in the vineyard, the adapted winemaking process, and the delicate aging without new oak barrels result in a consistently excellent wine with great finesse, density on the palate, and a beautiful expression of fruit.
Thus, we obtain a wine that is delicious and refreshing in its youth, while becoming even more generous with age: a wine intended for more modern and unpretentious consumption, simply for pleasure!
*In memory of the Order of the Hospitallers of Saint John of Jerusalem, owners in Lalande de Pomerol, who adopted as their emblem a Latin cross with eight points symbolizing the Beatitudes of the faith.
