Clarisse Chatonnet has joined the family wine estate
Chatonnet Vineyards is delighted to announce the arrival of Clarisse Chatonnet, daughter of Pascal Chatonnet, to the family winery. With extensive training and experience in the wine industry, Clarisse joins the family business to continue the tradition of excellence for which Chatonnet Vineyards is renowned.
Clarisse Chatonnet grew up surrounded by wine and these shared moments. Trained as an agricultural engineer at the Purpan school in Toulouse, she was able to discover foreign vineyards in California (Chandon and Newton Vineyard, Napa Valley) and Spain (Tempos Vega Sicilia, Ribera del Duero, Rioja and Toro). After 5 years working alongside Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite as Trade Marketing and Export Manager, she was also able to acquire in-depth knowledge of wine marketing. These experiences allowed her to acquire a modern and global vision of vineyard management, and also fueled her desire to return to her roots alongside her father.
Pascal Chatonnet, owner and winemaker of Vignobles Chatonnet, is delighted with this new collaboration: "Clarisse's arrival at our property is an important step for our family and our vineyards. Her passion, dynamism, and expertise will breathe new life into our business and allow us to continue innovating while respecting our traditions. I am proud to see my daughter, who shares our commitment to quality and excellence, take over."
Clarisse Chatonnet will assume the role of Sales Director. She will work closely with her father and the existing team to ensure the continuity and development of the exceptional wines that characterize Vignobles Chatonnet.
