Immerse yourself in an exclusive experience at the heart of the Château. From 8:15 PM, let yourself be guided through our vineyards, park, and cellars, before enjoying a guided tasting with the family. The evening will continue with dinner at the Château.
On Friday, dinner will be held in a small group, in an intimate atmosphere, within our accommodation nestled in the heart of the vineyards.
On Saturday, dinner will take place in the Château's Fresco Room, accompanied by musical entertainment throughout the evening.
Proposed menu: Starter: Candied and pan-fried white asparagus, wild garlic hollandaise, dried egg yolk, and dehydrated seaweed
Main course: Whole boneless farm poultry roast slow-cooked, carcass jus with juniper, crispy potato pressé, braised salad, and mustard seeds
Dessert: Grand cru chocolate tart, hazelnut, and rosemary

The visit and tasting can be booked independently of dinner, just as dinner can be booked alone. From €30 incl. VAT per person.
